Screening Call

If your profile looks like a fit, we’ll reach out for a casual screening chat. This is a chance for us to learn more about your story, and for you to ask any initial questions about the role or company.
Stage 3

Hiring Manager Interview

Next, you’ll meet the Hiring Manager and key team members. We’ll dive deeper into your experience, perhaps review a portfolio, and ensure we are the right fit for your career goals.
Stage 4

Hired

If we’re a match, we’ll make you an offer! Once accepted, we’ll guide you through the onboarding process and get everything ready for your first day at CTI Digital.
