Katie Livingstone

I lead the Build Delivery team at CTI, overseeing complex website builds and digital transformation projects from strategy through to launch. My role combines project assurance, team leadership, and client engagement, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard. I’m responsible for developing talent, refining delivery processes, managing resources and forecasting, while partnering with senior stakeholders across sales, finance and operations to keep projects and performance on track.

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team of hard-working but friendly PMs. The work is exciting and high-value, you’ll get to lead on projects ranging from new website builds and integrations to rebrands and multi-year digital programmes.

As a Senior, you won’t just deliver projects; you’ll also play a part in mentoring others, refining processes, and contributing to pre-sales. It’s a busy role, so you’ll need to be comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment, confident leading development and discovery phases, and resilient when challenges come your way.

I’ve been at CTI for over 5 years, starting out as a Project Manager and working my way up to Senior, Lead, and now Head of Department. Project Management is something I’m genuinely passionate about—whether that’s delivering successful projects, improving how we work, or supporting other teams across the business. I also love learning from the brilliant people around me.
