My role spans strategic resource planning, stakeholder engagement, and process optimisation. I focus on maintaining high standards, streamlining delivery operations, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance team culture. I also serve as the key escalation point for delivery challenges, balancing client priorities with internal capabilities to drive value and continuous improvement.
